We know how hard it is to find financial auditors or consultants who are reliable partners for your business and bring added value to the business through their services. Therefore, we set up our company in 2009, in order to provide financial audit services and truly quality financial-accounting consulting for medium and large companies, be they local companies or subsidiaries of international groups.

The accumulated Project time and portfolio confirmed that we had a good idea of ​​the needs of the business environment and the expectations of our clients from a financial auditor or a consultant. We pride ourselves on long-term relationships based on mutual trust with our customers.

The two partners of our company have gained significant expertise and experience within PricewaterhouseCoopers, working in the field of financial audit and management consulting. In that position at PricewaterhouseCoopers, they performed and conducted various financial audit engagements for multinational companies whose financial statements were prepared in accordance with various financial reporting frameworks, such as International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”), US GAAP , German GAAP, Italian GAAP, etc. They were also part of business evaluation projects, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, etc.

Our company is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Great Britain and of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors.

OUR TEAM

ANDREI BICHESCU

Andrei earned his experience in the financial-accounting audit field working in the Assurance department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, during which time he performed and supervised the development of audit missions for various multinational companies, in various fields of activity, such as: consumer, industrial production, services (CIPS), fast moving consumer goods (FMGC), automotive, pharma, IT&C, utilities. He was also involved in financial analysis missions of some companies for their acquisitions (due diligence).

Subsequently, he was part of the Corporate Finance team of PricewaterhouseCoopers, being involved in various business evaluation projects, acquisition price allocations (PPA), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business plans preparation and feasibility studies, etc.

In 2009, he founded JP Auditors & Advisors, along with Cristina, a former colleague from PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Andrei is a Diplôme d’études universitaires générales (DEUG) graduate of the French-Romanian Institute of Administration at the University of Auvergne, Clermont Ferrand – France. He is also a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca.

Andrei is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom, the world’s largest organization of professional accountants, and he is also a member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors.

The primary areas of expertise are financial auditing & internal audit, internal control systems, due diligence, structural financing, mergers and divisions and transfer pricing.

Andrei is fluent in English and French..

CRISTINA CIOATĂ

Cristina has wide experience in fields such as Romanian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Cristina has gained experience at the beginning of her career working in private and public companies, in both financial accounting and management accounting. Beginning with 2004, Cristina has developed her professional activity for five years in the field of financial-accounting audit within the Audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. During this period she was part of the audit teams and she has supervised the development of audit missions for various multinational companies in various fields of activity, such as industrial production, FMGC, media/PR, telecommunications, utilities. She was also involved in financial analysis missions of some companies for their acquisitions (due diligence).

Since 2009, she is a founding partner of JP Auditors & Advisors. Cristina is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca, she also graduated the Advanced Studies of Audit and Financial Control program at the same faculty.

Cristina is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom, the world’s largest organization of professional accountants, and is also a member of the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors.
