Audit and insurance services

The financial-accounting audit aims to certify the fact that the financial statements provide a true and fair view of the company’s activity. Our insurance services may be aimed at the company’s financial statements or financial reporting packages or only partial information regarding certain sections of the company’s economic activity, such as customers, suppliers, stocks, fixed assets, etc.

Our insurance services include:

  • Audit of independent or consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with national accounting policies, IFRS or other generally accepted accounting policies (GAAP).
  • Financial audit of reporting packages prepared by local subsidiaries of international groups, prepared in accordance with the accounting policies established at group level (GAAP).
  • Other insurance services, such as limited financial statement review missions (ISRE 2400) and mutually agreed procedures with the beneficiary (ISRS 4400).

In conducting financial certification services, we apply the most effective risk assessment procedures, which include discussions with the company’s management, understanding and testing of the internal control environment, substantive analytical procedures and detailed tests. The certification services are provided in an efficient manner, which will ensure minimum interruptions in the activity of our clients.

The founders are members of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom (“ACCA”), as a result we have the necessary expertise to verify financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”).

Also, as a result of the projects carried out, our team has the necessary expertise on Generally Accepted Accounting Policies (“GAAP”) from countries such as Germany, France, etc.
